Review on Scopito by James Pfettscher

Easy to use. Good documentation and user support.The service itself is easy to use. The only thing I don't like about the service is that it doesn't always work well with our equipment. The camera can be hard to find sometimes! However this has not stopped us using it and we are now able to store all of our inspection data. Our previous system had data storage issues at times which meant it was very difficult to access the information so easily. Having Scopito the issue of retrieving data has been resolved. I like how easy it was to use as well being able to create different reports within seconds of using this software! Nothing at all really i dislike about scoptio its great value compared with other similar products out there!! We are now saving time by creating our own report files which saves us having multiple emails/reports sent back & forth each day between sites when we have been doing these tasks manually before (which has cost me around £300 per year).
