Thick but sloppy: camera & photo

Great thickness but almost all the cut outs are off center creating gaps between the GoPro and the lid. I didn't pay $10 for foam blocks, I paid for proper installation to reduce wind noise as much as possible. I first tried to contact the seller through their contact card information but their website and email are not active.
