I love these lights! We live in an old farmhouse with no outside outlets, so if I want to brighten up the holidays I'll need solar lights or batteries. Two strings for almost three weeks and I want more! It's beautiful on the porch and I plan to hang it up year round. They are of excellent quality and give a pleasantly warm glow. Getting enough sunlight in winter is a challenge I've taken on - it's often cloudy here, we don't get much sunlight in winter - but these little lanterns still absorb as much of it as possible and shine faithfully every night. Depending on how much charge they get, they sometimes stay on until sunrise! Be careful where you place the solar panels. I realized I had one in the shade so of course the light wouldn't charge. Move a little and the problem is solved. We also weathered two storms and the lighting was good. I'm very happy so far.
