because I went on a trip and wasn't satisfied My options at home I didn't pay for hand luggage (I checked in a large bag) so I needed everything else to to fit in here. The main thing I was looking for was something that would fit in the insert for my DSLR below. It worked great for that! It fit snugly into a small space to the side. It kind of blocked the side pockets, but it didn't bother me. I don't have a laptop l have a book in the laptop compartment and still had plenty of room for large headphones, SN Accs and more. I liked having pockets for drinks on both sides on the outside. Although I had a water bottle with a silicone sleeve that was difficult to put in my pocket. I think a metal, plastic or plain glass bottle would be better. I love the gray but would love to see it in other options like caramel or army green. I loved the portable charging option, but it doesn't work for me. I didn't think about it and the cable I brought had a USB-C connector on both ends that didn't fit. Overall I am very happy with this backpack! It was great for travel and I think it will be very helpful when I need my camera and other items.
