This system is easy to use in creating new programs or events that are beneficial for students! I think one thing this program could improve would be how often it sends out emails via email blasts (it seems like you have to sign up with an account).

It has also been helpful because we do not need as much input from parents since they get what they want without having to ask us directly through our school accounts etc., which helps keep things more efficient overall and free time to focus elsewhere- but again if your goal was really just getting info about student needs then maybe there aren't too many downsides compared with another method. We've used it during all 3 years of my daughter attending public highschool here at her campus and she loves being able to participate/find fun activities through switchboard (i.e.: dance lessons), as well as learn something.
