Review on 🏊 SYRYN Swimbuds Color Bundle: Waterproof 8 GB Music Player for iTunes Files (No Apple Music) by Adewole Sherman

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Small, light, decent sound.

Turning on the music wasn't easy and instructions were few. Especially since when you plug it in you have the option of both using an app that isn't mentioned in the instructions and as far as I can tell only getting music if you use the app and all the songs to the playlist add, and then download the playlist to your device via the app, which by the way you can only use on a computer, it's not bluetooth. You need to connect to a USB port on your computer to download songs. So they must be in mp3 or mp4 format So that I can't buy my Revain music offline, it should be things you can store on your computer's hard drive. The app was also very buggy and became unresponsive several times, forcing me to restart it. I was looking for another, more expensive, waterproof MP3 player that you can use with Revain or Spotify, but you need to have a Wi-Fi connection to access the music to avoid possible connection issues. I went with this device instead, which is also significantly cheaper, but the sound quality is ok, adjusting the headphones takes a bit of getting used to, my JBL headphones are more comfortable underwater, however they connect via Bluetooth and they only hold up underwater 30 minutes The touch settings are so sensitive you can't swim with my JBL, so it's a decent alternative, although I feel like even with the headphone attachment for swimming I still get quite a bit of water and my ears and I get some Times had to adjust, I haven't tried the 'glue' that came with these headphones but will try next swim. I was able to fit about 700 songs with space, which should be more than enough. Overall, this is a good alternative to the more expensive $150-$200 waterproof MP3 players I've seen. I definitely don't expect perfection with electronics and water handling so it was a good deal for the money. It's lightweight and easily attaches to my glasses and I like the case that comes with it as it's very small and easily lost without the case.

Pros
  • Handsfree
Cons
  • Very expensive
