Very dissatisfied with the vacuum cleaner. I have 2 large dogs and only bought this because of pet hair. The room it vacuums is made of hardwood and is about 450 square feet (I had to remove some rugs I had because it doesn't ruin the rug). Here are a number of my problems: Long hair gets stuck around the spinning bristles. POOR, bin is full and hair falls about halfway through the small space, snags all over the carpet, snags on cords, can't use the programming function because it snags everywhere, doesn't pick up dirt well, doesn't hair keep well, too big to fit under the sofa, noisy and expensive. I'd happily spend the extra money to buy an even more expensive one assuming they will perform better.
