These skewers are awesome! After using them in my tandoor oven (with lump hardwood charcoal) it became clear that they were made of high quality stainless steel. They clean well, the wooden handles are tight and the skewers show the high quality of the production processes. The design of the skewers is superb. Wooden handles are comfortable to hold, metal inserts on the handle protect the wood from the heat of the tandoor oven. The thickness and width of the skewers are perfectly balanced for rigidity, control and easy threading of meat and vegetables.
