I am always skeptical about purchasing online, but had to order it because it is a piece that my daughter has to wear for a dance costume. It does run small. My daughter wears a large, but bought a 2xl and it fits great! To my surprise, the piece is nicely made and the beads are sturdy. I am happy and content with the purchase!
