You will need a 3 1/4 hole ground to a 3 5/16 hole for the gauges to fit.
I purchased these sensors in connection with an overhaul of my boat, a 1968 Starcraft. I had an original 3/4 inch vinyl covered plywood sheet that was rotted and 2 of my gauges were bad. These sensors look good and were a great deal for the advertised price and have good visibility at night.
