I've only used this product once or twice before it cracked when I poured in hot flan caramel. The dish was at room temperature. At home it was at least 75 degrees. I have written to the support team and am waiting for a response. At the moment I don't think this brand is worth it. Judging by other reviews, cracking at moderate temperatures is a problem. And I bought it because I thought it could stand up to the broiler. Happen.
