Review on Philips Sonicare DiamondClean HX9368/35 sonic toothbrush, pink/black by Agata Koscikiewicz ᠌

Revainrating 1 out of 5

The quality is terrible and the product is not what it says it is.

Prior to this, I have been using Oral Bi for many years and there were no questions, except for buying nozzles. Right there is a charger that can break. Very long charging time. Poor delivery package. It was also possible to put a children's toothbrush in the family set or ordinary toothbrushes while charging the electric one. I do not recommend buying because of the inflated price, which is not justified by the functionality and scope of delivery.

Pros
  • Phillips brand, which seems to follow the quality.
Cons
  • The first thing I consider a big drawback is that the price is too high, because it did not live up to expectations for this amount. Or they did not justify, since there are two of them. There are no detailed instructions at all. There is only a sheet without text with pictures of how to put in and take out the nozzle, how to charge, how to wash. Tongue attachments are definitely not needed. They could be sold separately, and a spare nozzle added instead. The brush cannot be washed. You can only wash the removed nozzle, as water will get inside and will be removed from the guarantee. Charging more than two days. The only device in the world that takes so long to charge. All this time how to brush your teeth?! Like wireless charging through a glass that comes with one, and two brushes and someone will wait for their toothbrush for 4 days. Glasses are actively sold because they break. Get ready to buy glasses. Stupid white large inscription with the name and country of manufacture on a prominent part of the handle. It is very irritating when the back of the nozzle hits the teeth during brushing. To understand which brushing mode, you need to remove it from your mouth and watch / switch. The modes are the same in my opinion. For that kind of money, they could also provide a sensor with a battery charge level, but there is no such thing here. Turning on / off, / choosing one of the five modes is done on one button and this is very inconvenient. If you accidentally turned on the brush, then you can turn it off after 5 presses of the same button. Bessit. For that kind of money, they could also provide an application for brushing your teeth, otherwise some kind of boring brush your teeth.
