Review on 🧼 BISSELL Proheat Essential Carpet Cleaner and Shampooer: Efficient Cleaning Solution in Black (Model 1887) by James Auzenne

I was looking for a new carpet cleaner and based on some positive reviews I decided on this Bissell. I only give it 2 stars because 1: It has poor water suction. It leaves too much water on the carpet and the suction power gets even worse if you use an upholstery hose and hand cleaner. The first time I used upholstery cleaner it was ok but I used it on another piece of furniture about an hour later and it barely absorbed any water, my pillow got wet. I even called the manufacturer about the suction power. They recommended replacing the handheld vacuum (if it wasn't working properly). I'm ready to try again, but for some reason it seems to me that this won't change anything. 2: The carpet brushes keep rotating when you use the upholstery hose and cleaner. I don't think they should keep turning when I turn the dial to select tools as it causes abrasion on the floor or carpet when cleaning the upholstery. The option I miss. Sometimes you need this option when you need to rinse off the cleaning solution. This product has 2 positive qualities 1: It is quieter than most carpet cleaners. It's still loud, but not deafening. 2: Wheels move easily on carpet and floor. All in all I will be returning this product and would not recommend it to anyone. My ten year old vacuum that is falling apart still has better suction than this Bissell and while it may not be exactly the same model of machine I feel like this Bissell should have been a lot better than the vacuum. I am extremely disappointed.
