I found out why I got the "sweet" prime date offer. When I received the package today, I noticed a sloppy sheet of plywood. I took the item out of the bag and looked at all the parts. Not very difficult to assemble. As I went to place the screws where they turn, I noticed that the holes didn't line up. This resulted in the seat being crooked and the bolts not going in straight. I had to drill a new hole to make it work. I made a hole in the fabric when the drill went through. (Not scary). The photo shows where the new hole is. Full photo of the renovation. The seat leaned to the left before I made a new hole. It also won't lie flat. If they were to resell it to me the least they could do would be to fix it first.
