Extremely poor quality glass, chips far too easily

The quality of this product’s glass is unbelievably poor, so do stay away. The chip in the glass cylinder (as pictured) occurred within the first 30 days of use, and happened during an ordinary lid removal motion. I attempted to report the defect to receive a replacement only to find out I was 35 days into my purchase, so Revain said "No can do 🤷‍♀️." The seemingly non-coincidental thing I’m noticing among other reviewers is the glass is chipping in an almost identical manner and location as mine. I suggest going plastic or stainless steel, which is what I’m about to do, ugh.
