I had a problem with the original charger I received. The silver buttons that actuated the opening and closing of the levers on the original device were faulty and would not open and close under power. Buttons of the interchangeable charger work perfectly! Plug it into the AC outlet, push the buttons and they slowly open! Even automatically closes on your phone to the right resistance.
