So far the product works fine but the product was not included in the box. When I tried to ask for a part to be sent on the website, I found that the website was down. Then I tried both customer service numbers. and the phone number of the company is displayed. Both no longer served. This makes me very uncomfortable about the missing part and any filters that I need to order.
