I like that it is easy for employees who are not familiar with pay scales or salary ranges at other companies (or even within one's own) to search by location first before narrowing down into specific positions/companies they would most likely apply to.
Some fields do need some work but overall its fine as-is! It has been good so far - no complaints whatsoever from our side!! We use Comp Salary Search primarily when hiring new hires across multiple departments; however we also utilize it during internal reviews once hired candidates have already received offers via email / phone screens etc.
