I carry this as a handbag on my back. My usual bag became so heavy that my shoulder and back hurt. My doctor advised me to take a backpack instead of carrying a bag on one shoulder. Luckily it's waterproof and I can clean the bottom or the outside very quickly and easily with antibacterial wipes. Most importantly, it completely solved my shoulder and back pain issues!
