Review on Camera Sony Cyber-shot DSC-HX50 by Mateusz Brd ᠌

As the main camera I use a Canon 60D and a couple of medium format film cameras, which naturally do not differ in minimum dimensions, but for a long time I wanted to have something compact on hand, but with relatively good image quality and super-universal optics for all occasions, so to speak, a note book in your pocket. Nex-5, Fujiki and the like still hit the wallet (lenses), and such compacts as the Sony RX lacked the versatility of optics - the zoom is too small. And here my eyes fell on the Sony HX50. For a pocket size, it fits perfectly. With good lighting, an excellent result is almost always guaranteed, and even in the evening, if you shoot from a tripod using medium noise reduction settings, it also turns out pretty well, especially if you refine it, for example, in Lightroom. Yes, it makes noise at high iso, but there are a couple of modes in the settings that allow you to shoot with relatively acceptable quality in the evening without a flash, even with your hands, which sometimes just helps out. 30x zoom - until recently, I could not even imagine such an increase in such a small body! With an equivalent focal length of about 80-135mm, etc. even good bokeh is obtained (at the beginning of use, one friend even asked if I had bought a full frame for myself? like that!). What separately pleased (and added versatility to the device even more) is the video. I don’t know what to describe specifically, I think the technical specifications say so much, I can only say that 1080p in AVCHD, MP4, and even 60fps and with very good quality stereo sound recording - you can’t imagine better! Probably worth mentioning a lot of little things like shooting panoramas and hdri, an abundance of various "beautiful" effects, but I'm not particularly fond of this, and for me it's better to shoot panoramas separately (with a plug) and then stitch full-fledged (even spherical) panoramas + hdri in PTGui for example. As a result, we have a super-universal compact and relatively inexpensive device that copes with its task at 4+!
