I was hesitant to buy this small, reasonably priced jewelry cleaner. Of course I didn't expect it to work like professional models, but I was incredibly impressed! I reset the timer several times to clean the rings and bracelets, for a total of about 25min. They came out sparkling clean! The soapy water (I used a little morning spray) I dipped them in turned a dirty drab by the time they were done. indicating how much debris this little machine has removed. Don't use a lot of rings at once. just enough to cover the bottom of the basket without overlapping. Also, after every set 7-minute interval, I opened the lid and washed the jewelry in soapy water for extra cleaning. Don't expect the water to show vibrating waves while cleaning; mine didn't and they still came out clean and sparkling. Simply repeat the cycles multiple times for a longer cleaning. I love the results!
