I bought these zip locks to attach my high lift jack to my jeep to prevent the jack from being stolen. I didn't see any really good solutions on the internet for locking my jack to the cradle until I came across these zip ties. They are perfect for what I need. I have one on either side of the hood bracket that attaches the jack to the bracket to prevent jack theft. They're flexible, feel solid with a steel core, and use a three-digit code you dream up to unlock them. These locks can be used for a variety of things that you want to protect against theft. I am very happy with this purchase. Remember that if a thief wants something badly, they will find their way through anything. It will only make it harder to do so. Like I said, it was a great purchase.
