Can stay in place with dogs

This is a driver and pet safety feature. Once my buddy is safely in the car, if I have to come back for something I forgot, she will try to run. With this safety belt I can buckle her up and she is fixed. It will also prevent them from jumping up and helping me drive. Keeping everything securely in place is best for everyone and after a while it becomes a chore.
