I really like that they have an excellent customer service department. They are not only very helpful in solving any issues you may face with Moverbiz but also when it comes to taking care of your accounts. It can be a bit confusing at first because some things are hidden behind certain menus which would make navigation hard at times. However, once you get used to it everything is fine! There isn't anything specifically I dislike about movenbiz. They offer a full suite of services which include Moving/ Storage, Packing. Customer Service and Account Management. Everything you need in one place. Our clients love being able to utilize online resources to check our progress and see what's happening. We now know exactly where every box is and we no longer spend a lot of time running back and forth between different spots looking for something specific. The customer service is excellent! They are always willing to go above and beyond to help you with any issues that arise. I can't think of anything I dislike about this software. It's easy to use, very intuitive and has a lot of features. We have been able to streamline our business processes and cut down on paperwork. This also helps us keep track of our customers and their progress throughout the process.
