Not at all what I expected! Pulls on hair, doesn't frizz, takes too many strokes to straighten and keeps cutting. My hair is shoulder length and it took me over an hour and a half to do anything with it, although it usually only takes about 15-20 minutes. It's cute, but just a terrible purchase.
