I hate reviewing Verismo coffee makers. We loved it in its earlier iteration. That worked for several years. Then, having the pods left over and trusting the company despite some worrying reviews, we ordered another one, not realizing that the seller Revain was dealing with only guaranteed it for 30 days. It broke on about the 33rd day. Eventually, Revane agreed to replace him. He didn't turn on! We gave up and added it to the landfill. I felt hopeless but called Starbucks. They kindly sent a new one that works. We like the car very much. There's now a second pod manufacturer, cheaper and luckily just as good. I would recommend Verismo to anyone willing to take the risk. Now we are happy.
