While these panty liners aren't perfect, they were the best nursing pads I've tried. They hold up much better than Lanisol and are more comfortable than reusable pads. When you put them on, it takes an extra second to run your hand over the outside of the garment that contains the padding to shape it. I use them in nursing bras, nursing tops with built in support, regular dresses that I combine with a nursing dress etc and the panty liners have given me peace of mind that they can leak and see through. Some people have complained that they are individually wrapped and I really can't figure out why. What does it take to open another packet? Second? And I've had situations where I only had to change one last one, so I'm glad they're individually wrapped! Pads are small and unobtrusive, they can be kept as feminine products. I carry a pair in my purse and a pair in my breast pump to be on the safe side.
