I bought this backup system because I've always bought HP products. I had problems with a new HP computer I brought in so they had to restore it to its original condition. Preferences, before they did, "we" backed up all my files including my contact list, my music, everything. When I tried to restore everything from a basic HP system, the backup found nothing. I called HP support 4 times all the way to top managers but no one could help me. I've lost everything since I worked on computers. I hate this. Don't buy this!
