Good price, not so good quality
The advert before my purchase said instructions were included. I'm not very good at installing wipers, but I was confident I could do it. The box had instructions in 5 languages. According to the instructions, the plastic cover should be removed. Here it is. I had to search YouTube for installation instructions. I won't buy them again because I took the car for winter tuning today and the mechanic said the wipers weren't very good.
