Review on Cuisipro Set of Stainless Steel Measuring Cups and Spoons by Tiffany Steele

When I saw some of the reviews I was concerned about their accuracy. We all know that accuracy is of the utmost importance when it comes to a measuring cup. I took a chance and ordered them and am glad I did. I tested them. I used a food scale to verify that the measured amount of water was the expected weight. I used water because it's very smooth and has a known weight. Almost everything else has significant variance depending on how densely packed the substance is. I thought all of the spoons were pretty much perfect. The cups were very tight, I think 1/3 was a bit off, but close enough for my purposes. They are very durable. I have used them extensively and they show no signs of wear which I appreciate. They allow you to really penetrate the flour or sugar and scoop it up easily. It might not be for everyone. I'm more of a homemaker than a baker, but not bad for me.
