Item as described by seller. The cloak is well made for the child. My grandson used it but my husband was able to fix it. Doesn't hold on a strong elastic band. TheShield is made of high quality plastic. What annoys me is the plate that comes with a tag, my grandson didn't bother and doesn't use that feature. In my opinion they may not use this feature because kids tend to make their own noises when playing superheroes.
