I like strong coffee in large doses and I save money (read: miser). As a result, my husband and I usually buy coffee from Market Pantry (Target Brand). BUT while working from home during the COVID-19 lockdown, I drank too much coffee and suffered from heartburn as a result. So I started making cold coffee, which requires coarsely ground beans. I tried these beans, one from a local roaster and some gevalia beans. These were winning seeds for my husband and I. Here's why: 1) The other two brands we tried became fine grinds with the same amount of grind - meaning our iced coffee was very cowboy coffee. This bob stayed rough. 2) This bean tastes great - both hot and cold. It's durable, silky.3) The price is spot on. It's a hell of a deal - way better than anything in the stores. Try it. You will not regret it!
