Not much to say here that hasn't already been said, but I'll try to point out some of the less important points, just FYI: As others have said , it appears to stop charging and periodically polls the connected device. This will cause the Mac to beep when charging is complete if it stays connected to the network. It beeps every minute or so, which can be annoying. Maybe this is something you want to use as a backup rather than a main charger? This charger is the same size as Apple's. The only noticeable difference is that it doesn't have the embossed Apple logo. The charger feels just as high quality, although its duckbill COULD feel a little flimsy when folded, but not when unfolded to connect. For now, I wouldn't worry about that part. .The cable has the exact same texture as the Apple cables. It would be very difficult to see the difference. Aside from that it comes with a nice Velcro strap to wrap it up and keep it under control. This is a small but nice bonus. The packaging was very simple and complete. A plain cardboard box but the charger was wrapped in protective film and shipped in bubble wrap which is very reassuring. In principle, this is exactly what you need and does not bother. I see that as a feature there is nothing more to say.
