Review on Alternative Technologies by Jeremy Byard

We were really excited about this software, it was easy enough that we could get some help installing (which I think would be hard anywhere else). The support team was fantastic - they answered all our questions quickly and patiently helped guide me through my first few weeks using the product. They also followed up after implementation had started so well done there too! There's just one small thing which you can't do in Excel if you're doing volume work like we are - but otherwise very satisfied overall. It has allowed us to automate much admin/data entry tasks meaning less time spent by admins entering data manually into spreadsheets or databases. The benefits are that I am able use my phone as an electronic medical record which makes it easier access when off site or in remote locations, also if needed they can take care all aspects including billing etc so not having everything under one roof was nice too!! There were many times where there would be no reception/internet connection but we could still work using our phones until internet again became available - this made things run smoother.
