The shoes are really comfortable, but a little shallow so they feel like they're going to come off easily if walking fast. The bottoms of the shoes get dirty super fast so I only really wear them indoors. I am usually a size 9.5 and I had to get an 8.5 because the 9 was still too large. Still very comfortable and I use them for spinning on my stationary bike; they work great for that!
