Review on Insightech by Paul Letho

The support team are great to work with, they always respond quickly when I need help or have any questions about their software / services! They also offer free trials which makes it very easy & worth while trying them out before committing too much time/money into purchasing something else (if you're looking at other solutions). Nothing really - everything works well so far!! If there was anything we were missing from our previous provider then this has been resolved by insighttech's excellent service level agreements etc in place now as part of an ongoing contract renewal process :).
