The whole process of getting our inspection certificate was very smooth, everyone we met at tüv rheinland were all friendly and helpful, they always try to accommodate your needs as best as possible even if it means going out their way for you! nothing really dislike so far but i guess there are some things that can be improved like how easy it would have been just to get a paper copy instead of having to go through this online application system which takes ages to load. We needed an IBC/IFC Inspection Certificate from our construction site before commencing with any works hence why we hired them to do the inspections work.
