I like the look and durability of this device. I didn't drop my iPad to check the level of protection, but it's a 100% improvement over what I had before. There are 3 small inconveniences in the design of the product. The footrest is difficult to move backwards. You must press firmly on the stopper, which will lock it in place. I wish the footrest angle was variable as well. Most importantly, the hole for the Lightning connector is thin, which means only Lightning connectors with the same thickness as the OEM model will fit in the hole. If you're using aftermarket adapters with a thicker plug, it just doesn't go deep enough to fit the Lightning jack. I need to "shave" the hole so it will accept any brand of connector. But overall a good buy.
