I owned the K6 for about a year before changing jobs and going from a travel desk to a stationary desk that required 10 keys. This matched exactly what I wanted. Wireless for Mac with a rechargeable battery that needs to be plugged in no more than once or twice a week. The hot-swappable switches and RGB profiles are great, but what I really needed was a wireless keyboard with the standard Mac layout. The processing quality has been improved in version 2 and leaves nothing to be desired. Compared to the Magic Keyboard, the Magic Keyboard is a bit easier to connect and encounter fewer connection problems, but the Mac OS Bluetooth keyboard support has become much better in recent updates. The Magic Keyboard has the best battery life, but I believe you can get comparable performance with the backlight off and sleep mode on. Ultimately, a magic keyboard just can't compete with a mechanical keyboard, and the height and angle of this board is great. I don't know if I'll be changing switches in the future, but I see myself adding a few fun caps in the future. K4 alone, with Bluetooth/USB option, Mac/Windows switching, excellent battery life. , and overall high build quality make it a great choice for any user who wants a mechanical keyboard without spending a lot of money.
