The items were exactly as pictured. The nose rings were nice and sturdy. Looked great on me. But after wearing a few times the chain and ear ring tarnished bad and irritated my ear. Would not recommend due to the tarnishing .

- I took the fake ring off the chain and used it on my real one. Got several complaints. Very sturdy!!
- The cuff may not fit all nose shapes and sizes, leaving some customers unable to wear the full set
