Where to start? Guess I'll jump in the Delorean and go back to April 26th, 2013 when I and millions of others first discovered the Mission Belts. I saw I looked at Shark Tank the way I always watch it and came across a new type of belt (to me at least) This is The Mission Belt guys went in and I was immediately intrigued. Should have had one! Frustration set in quickly, when I messaged Mission on Facebook to ask if their buckles were nickel free (I'm allergic to nickel) and the answer was yes.Fast forward to 12/2018 and on a whim I decided to double check to see if that was Buckle material had changed. This time I was told that although there might be nickel in the buckle I should try colored buckles as they might block the nickel in. It was enough for me, I have a belt and two buckles Ordered them all and two days later they were here, I put them on and trimmed the belt (I'll get to that in a bit) and wore my new belt for the day. To my relief, no reaction from the buckle! It's March 14, 2019 and I wear the belt and buckle every day with no skin reactions! Now a few notes: 1) The quality of the leather belt is AMAZING. 2) I've lost 100 pounds in the last year and I'm still losing weight. Being able to trim the belt was a huge benefit. I no longer have to buy a new belt that fits for every 5-10 pounds I lose. 3) The buckle is VERY well made and they look amazing! I will say that you definitely need to spend 2 minutes and read the instructions on how to work with the belt. When I got mine I thought "how heavy can that be" and just cut the belt off, put the buckle on and put on my new mission belt. As I drove, nature called, and when I got to my destination, I REALLY called. I ran into the men's room and, you know, I couldn't figure out how to unbuckle *"D'OH!"*. So I was in the men's room, frantically browsing YouTube videos. I found it and undid the buckle without wasting a single minute =) I can't say enough good words nor recommend enough the Mission straps. . I would like to buy three or four more, but unfortunately I can't rock it financially (I'll spare you the details =))
