Well, the first one that arrived was damaged out of the box, but a quick request to Best Buy had a new one in the mail with no issues. The main sliding button wouldn't slide out to gain access to the ignite button behind it, it was just stuck solid.So then I received the new one and it was definitely worth ordering. We use a good amount of scented candles and as you know when it's time to relight them after a while its a pretty deep dive into the glassware with a flame dancing around. This little gadget is nice, no butane, no flame, just point and click.
