I like these pillows. What I like the most is that since I usually sleep on my back or side, with a central channel, I don't wake up to adjust my pillow by changing position. My neck stays in the right position whether I sleep on my back or my side. The top and bottom have different widths. I prefer the narrower width but my husband prefers the wider side. This is great because you can use it however you want. This pillow is comfortable and helps keep my neck comfortable and straight. I don't wake up with neck pain! In terms of a softer or firmer choice of this pillow, I don't find much of a difference. Both work fine. My husband has a firmer pillow, I have a softer one. Both are amazing!
