Review on Garmin 010 11952 00 Air Vent Mount by Billy Reeves

This was a gift for my elderly friend who installed his Garmin GPS instead of keeping it next to the shifter. It has trouble reaching final when mounted on a windshield. So this one was perfect as it was easy to reach when mounted on the air vent. In less than a month it just broke. It never mixed up with the good one that was once mounted on the air vent, but it just fell off on its own while driving. This is a big disappointment for the following reasons: 1. It was a gift.2. It meant serving the elders3. That meant overcoming obstacles. It is so perfect if it weren't for this significant flaw5. Neither Revain nor Garmin have the ability to request a refund or replacement as it has been less than a year. My boyfriend lives in another city so imagine what I'm going through7. As you can imagine, big names like Garmin wouldn't make a cheap product. Again, this is a major disappointment and neither Garmin nor Revain have the ability to file a claim or return an RMA. Disappointment, buy this cheap Garmin branded product with no endorsement from Revain.
