Difficult to put on but great when you put it on

I found the watch incredibly difficult to fit. You basically need to use a tool to pinch the pins into place by squeezing the rubber. Once you have the strap in place, it's great. The look of the strap is perfect and goes perfectly with the Submariner. I find it more comfortable than a strap, and I think a rubber strap is more appropriate for a diving watch. That being said, the price is ridiculous - obviously there's a Rolex tax on it, as you can find similar bracelets for Seiko for $20-$30.
