These are quality graters! After reviewing several other brands (Microplane, Oxo, and other graters from other manufacturers) that have become bent or broken from frequent use, we've concluded that di Oro is a reliable replacement. Works great with all types of cheese. Especially pleased with the lifetime guarantee. Handle fell off after frequent use. It was still usable in most scenarios, but got annoying if it didn't stay on. I wrote to the support team and got a quick response and a replacement.
