I am satisfied with these bread tins. I bought them with the idea of making little lasagnes that I could take from the freezer to the oven. I do 6-8 containers at a time. I take lasagna straight from the freezer, replace the lid with foil, and bake for about an hour. My husband doesn't like commercial scale lasagna, but he does like mine. I plan to do the same with other dishes. In the evenings I sometimes want to do something other than cooking so that these and other ready meals are always at hand. They hold two large portions of lasagna. I wouldn't mind if the pans were a bit bigger because they're filled with two layers of pasta. I would buy again.
