Review on LapWorks Gripzilla Surface Tablets Neoprene by Mike Malvo

Well I can't say enough good things about it - not just the product but LapWorks as well. My "path to purchase" of Gripzilla Pro was Murphy's "Perfect Storm" compliance. everything that could go wrong, it seemed. But thanks to LapWorks' truly outstanding customer service, I didn't end up feeling disappointed, I felt valued and very happy. :-) The longer version of this story is that I bought an iPad Pro in November. I've never had an iPad, but I'm a musician and artist, and FINALLY Apple has released a tablet big enough to make music READABLE for a middle-aged violinist with aging eyes. ;-) Needless to say, I jumped right on this train. I love the iPad Pro. but it is certainly not as easy to "keep" over a longer period of time as its smaller siblings. So I was looking for something that would allow me to hold (and rotate) the iPad Pro for long periods of time (like getting up to sing) and give me peace of mind that I wouldn't drop it on the floor. .Gripzilla Pro sounded like the ticket. The only problem? It was sold out at Revain. I emailed LapWorks directly to inquire about the product and received an almost immediate response reassuring me that a new batch of product was due to be shipped to Revain next week. Big! I'm looking forward to. THEN the following week I received a FOLLOWING email from LapWorks confirming that Revain had received the package and informing me that the product was now available for purchase. Very good! I immediately clicked the buy button. Next thing that happened was that Revain had sent me the wrong product. specifically a smaller version of this product (I know it's not called Gripzilla but I can't remember what it's called) for smaller versions of the iPad. I've emailed LapWorks time and time again and received an immediate response - an apology, an explanation, a clear vision of what to expect in the future, and a discount offer for my inconvenience. (Basically, what happened was that Revain accidentally reassigned the SKU for the smaller tablet product to Gripzilla, causing Revain employees at the fulfillment warehouse to fill Gripzilla orders with the wrong product.) Due to an issue on Revain's part, the entire batch of Gripzillas was frozen (and not available for purchase) at Revain until she discovered the bug. A LapWorks representative apologized for my likely disappointment as he "knew [I] had been waiting for a while" and also apologized for not being able to send it to me directly as the company's online store was sold out . But he promised to let me know once the Revain SKUbar was fixed and also sent me a discount coupon code for my purchase. Of course, the discount was nice and very valuable. But honestly, it was the continuous and very timely communication with LapWorks during a difficult shopping experience that was not their initiative and over which they had very little control, let alone their determination to try and make things right for me. it really impressed me. THEN came the actual product. and that's great. That's exactly what I wanted. very well made, robust, great calm. I almost wish I needed two because I want to reward a big company like this with big business. I will definitely contact them first if I need any other food storage accessories.
