QuickSUITE - Very good Call Center Software

It is very easy to implement and use. It is easy to learn and use. It is very secure. There are a variety of options for security. I have not found any issues with it. It is very easy to use. I highly recommend it. It gives us many options to manage our call center with out having to hire a full time call center manager. I can see everything from my phone, it is easy to use. We can now see who is in the field and where they are. I like that it was easy to set up my billing system using this software because it is so user-friendly, you can actually figure out how it works without any help from support (which, by the way is always great). It's not much but nothing really. I have no complaints about this product at all! This is great for getting started with an intuitive interface when trying to establish/manage your business' billings systems.

  • It is easy to get started with and I like that it is user friendly and easy to learn

  • I wish there was more flexibility in the software
