Complicated Computers and Accessories

I bought these headphones to use with my work computer as headsets give me a headache. The caller couldn't hear me when I first answered the call. I tried turning up the volume but it didn't work, so let's get back to the headset. I have not returned them but will only use them to tap my phone during workouts. The truth is you get what you pay for. Looking for better quality for future use.
